In the case of excessive use will usually be notified before any action is taken. Excessive use is classed as accessing or retaining bulk information from the website. As an example this would apply is (a) an Agency or Brand users whom are searching and/or retaining information pertaining to staff and their profiles in excessive quantities; more than the amount of staff required for typical promotional campaign (b) Staff who are searching for and/or retaining information from the website, such as the Agency Directory. Excessive Use will be decided by StuckForStaff.com on a case by case basis.
Where you are in breach of this Fair Use Policy, StuckForStaff.com may contact you to discuss restricting, suspending or terminating your usage.
If, during or after StuckForStaff.com has contacted you, your excessive or unreasonable use continues, StuckForStaff.com may, without further notice to you: (a) suspend or limit the Service (or any feature of it) for any period we think is reasonable; and/or (b) terminate your agreement in accordance with Terms & Conditions.
